Memberships Terms & Conditions

Pre-Launch Tier 1 Promo is valid between 6th → 14th September 2025.

All Pre-Launch Tier 1 memberships & passes may be purchased at our front counter or through the Glofox app.

Memberships and passes are activated upon purchase.

If you currently have a membership & purchase this promo package, the new membership will activate after the expiry of your current membership.

Pre-Launch membership is limited to 1 purchase per customer.

Membership will have access to all BUMP branches.

Once activated, memberships follow the standard usage rules.

Memberships can be transferred for RM50 at the front desk.
Value Packs Terms & Conditions

All value packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase regardless if you have any ongoing passes/memberships.

Value packs have no purchase limit, but every pack is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Passes are usable in all BUMP branches.

Passes that have been checked in at a certain outlet do not equal a check-in to another outlet on the same day.

Value packs can be transferred for RM50 at the front desk.
Soft Launch Invitations

Each Pre-Launch Tier 1 purchase includes an invitation to our Day 1 soft launch session, which will be sent via email at a later date.
