Sovereign Account Policy

Our Account Policy is as follows;

  1. Individual customers shall have and maintain no more than one account.

    • Purchases, the legal waiver and our Terms of Service (ToS) agreement are attached to customer accounts and therefore are considered contractually bound to the individual.​

    • Individuals creating multiple accounts to obtain new-customer benefits will be held accountable to the Terms of Service contract.

    • Individual accounts are considered sovereign and can not be shared between multiple individuals.

  2. Customers accounts are not transferable to any other individual and are not worth currency. Accounts sold between individuals will be considered invalid and the value of passes and/or memberships will be rendered void.

  3. Tampering/changing account data to be inauthentic to the individual's identity will be considered a breach of the Terms of Service.

  4. Individuals who have obtained accounts through any means other than having being registered and oriented through the processes provided by our business will be considered "Out of Contract" and the business reserves the right to invalidate and void the value of any purchases made.

The business considers upholding the Terms of Service an important factor in enabling us to provide value to our paying customers such as being able to offer benefits and discounts.

To that end we will take cases of abuse to our policies very seriously in order to preserve value to our customers.
