Freezing Membership

Available for all tiers of Membership.

An admin fee of RM50 is applicable for each freeze.

The maximum period for a freeze is one (1) year.

A member is only allowed to freeze his/her membership under the following conditions:

- Appropriate and justifiable medical reasons

- Unforeseen extended business travels

- Proof of medical treatment or travel is required

Transferring Membership

Available for all tiers of Membership.

An admin fee of RM100 is applicable for each transfer.

Refund Policy

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns are not allowed.

Refunds are applicable for medical reasons only.

For Memberships, we advise that if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, a transfer or freeze of membership is better.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING FUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
