Beta Flow Yoga

Beta Flow is a flow yoga class focusing on mindfulness, balance, flexibility, and core stability. This class can enhance your climbing skills, especially for new climbers or perform active-recovery for your climbing sessions. Whether you are new to climbing or a seasoned climber, this session can help improve your chances of getting the right beta for the problems on the wall. Suitable for all levels of experience.

    ◼ As slots are limited, we ask that you book ahead.
    ◼The class begins at 8pm, course participants are asked to check in early.
    ◼ Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes.
    ◼ Please bring your own yoga mat as we have limited mats, with a towel for hygiene purposes.
